Chalet Florame (sleeps 8)
Florame is a luxury catered ski chalet which occupies an excellent position in the centre of the traditional village of Courchevel Le Praz. The village square is literally a stones throw from your doorstep with ski shops, a creperie, and plenty of bars & restaurants…perfect for that après ski vin chaud!
Built in the typical savoyarde style of stone and wood, it's only 200 metres from the Le Praz ski lift which links directly with Courchevel 1850. In normal snow conditions guests can ski back to within 30 metres of the chalet. In fact the chalet is one of an elite group with the village centre, pistes and lifts so close by.
This fabulous chalet (which adjoins the Bistrot du Praz - one of the Alps most prestigious restaurants) is furnished in a modern style, yet retains many original features such as the fireplace and stone walls enhancing the warm and cosy character of the chalet.
There are four bedrooms, beautifully finished with wood floors and walls, each with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is cosy, comfortable and very well equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, CD sound system and board games.
The chalet day begins with a sumptuous breakfast providing the perfect start to a day of skiing or snowboarding! On your return to the chalet, afternoon tea is enjoyed around the warmth of the log fire.
Aperitif and canapés precede a splendid four course evening meal including a regional cheese board and unlimited fine wine followed by filter coffee, chocolates and petit fours.
